Have had work done before by 1st Class Auto Glass (windshield replacement). They did excellent work. Just recently, the rearview mirror component dropped out and was hanging by the cord. Stopped by 1st Class Auto Glass to see if they could repair it. They made the repair that very afternoon, and did not charge me for the repair. Excellent customer service; especially for a return customer.

Very unsafe to drive when you cannot see out of your rearview miirror. I stopped by 1st Class Auto Glass to see if they could repair it. They made the repair that very afternoon, and did not charge me for the repair. Excellent customer service; especially for a return customer. You can't do it any better. Have had excellent service both times I have had them service my vehicle.
